Preparation instructions: Mix 6g of powder (1 teaspoon) with 250ml of boiled and cooled water. Shake for about 30 to 40 seconds in our 500ml Fuck & Fist or any other sport bottle. Add another 250ml of boiled and cooled water, and stir again for 30 seconds. Let it sit for 30 minutes. For the ultimate fisting gel, you can also mix FF Powder with FF Cream (2 tablespoons) and FF Grease (1 tablespoon)!
