Paid but not received

I ordered shipment to UK in DEC 20, parcel never arrived or even left NL, they reshipped it again and it’s been 10days. No order has arrived, tracking number shows no information where my order is.

Sorry, but UK customs is doing difficult because of the Brexit. So we decided not to ship into the UK anymore. Your payment will be refunded
